Consultations
All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your technician with further questions. Some services require a consultation prior to booking which may be charged for depending on duration.

Cancellations
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%. While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit.
All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call / no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.
Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Lush Hair & MakeUp’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

Redos
The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

This implementation will help maintain the elite culture of our brand.  We do our best to keep your experience with Lush Hair intimate, approachable, and fun with a minimal effect to you, and these price point increases will enable us to continue to do so.
